Mrs. Rawls is an associate attorney originally from Fort Worth, Texas. While attending Baylor University on an athletic scholarship, Mrs. Rawls earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Criminal Justice. During her time at Baylor University, Mrs. Rawls was a national champion athlete for Baylor’s Acrobatics and Tumbling Team.
After receiving her undergraduate degree, Mrs. Rawls attended Oklahoma City University School of Law, where she was the student representative for the Criminal Law Organization. While at OCU Law, Mrs. Rawls earned several distinctions including Dean’s List and a CALI award for earning top honors in her Healthcare Law course.
During law school, Mrs. Rawls gained valuable experience in all stages of the criminal process by working for the Oklahoma County Public Defender’s Office. She later joined the Law Offices of Adam R. Banner in her third year of law school, where she worked on misdemeanor, felony, and post-conviction relief cases as a licensed legal intern.
