Ashley P. Gregg is an associate attorney with The Law Offices of Adam R. Banner, P.C. Her courtroom demeanor and diligent approach to every case have helped distinguish her as an attorney unafraid to fight for what she believes is right. She always strives to have her clients’ best interest in mind, and every decision she makes throughout the course of a case is geared towards that goal.
Ms. Gregg prides herself on being an understanding and compassionate advocate for her clients while also approaching her legal adversaries with the appropriate ferocity of a skilled litigator when necessary. After law school, Ashley began her career as an Assistant District Attorney. She quickly realized her true passion was helping those accused of crimes as opposed to prosecuting them. As a result, she has represented thousands of criminal defendants across the state of Oklahoma as a member of the Oklahoma County Public Defender’s Office as well as the Oklahoma Indigent Defense System.
Her dedication and tenacity quickly set her apart and propelled her career into private practice. She has achieved consistent success for her clients, and she has many dismissals credited to her hard work and determination. She has represented clients throughout all stages of the criminal defense process, from pre-filing representation through preliminary hearings and jury trial work.
Ms. Gregg is a graduate of Oklahoma City University School of Law. While at OCU Law, she was recognized as a Merit Scholar. She received several awards based on her impressive performance throughout her academic career, such as the President’s Honor Roll, the Dean’s Honor Roll, and the Faculty’s Honor Roll. Ashley graduated in the top 25 percent of her class and was selected as a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity.
