Oklahoma Man Accused of Running Over His Wife
12-Aug-2012A Midwest City, OK man has been charged with first degree murder stemming from the March death of his wife. Authorities allege that the husband and wife were seen arguing shortly before the accident. At the recent preliminary hearing, attorneys for the Defendant argued that there was no "malice aforethought," and as such the Defendant should have been charged with a lesser form of homicide.
